Clive Baxter joined Cadillac Fairview in 1987. He is responsible for the overall operation of the Ontario Portfolio including the leasing, marketing, accounting, and legal functions. Clive has extensive property management experience. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and has strong ties to the downtown Toronto business community.

Clive graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelors Degree specializing in Economics and Business Administration.
