Norm Blouin has more than 35 years experience in the real estate industry including 32 years with Cadillac Fairview where he has been involved with the development and leasing of a vast number of properties across Canada. Since the spring of 1996, Norm has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and retail properties in the Eastern Canada Portfolio including operations, leasing, accounting, legal and marketing.

Norm received a College Diploma in Business Administration in 1970 from Regional des Milles Iles. He has been a member of I.C.S.C. since 1976, and completed I.C.S.C. Management Program I and II at the University of Georgia in 1979-1980.
