Embassy House

In 1999 CF invested in a residential development project together with Hines’ Emerging Markets Real Estate Fund in Beijing, China.

The Embassy House was the culmination of a 3 year residential development project lead by the world renowned development firm Hines, in conjunction with local partners. Embassy House is a 32-story, 174-unit luxury rental apartment tower located in Beijing’s Second Embassy District. The 372,000-square-foot tower features a stunning lobby with concierge, health club, spa and private indoor pool, and a 193-car below-grade parking garage. Offering the very best in modern conveniences, the units are almost exclusively leased to senior executives from multinational corporations and diplomats.
