Thomas More Square

In November 2007, we entered into a joint venture with the UK listed property company Land Securities to own and actively manage the Thomas More Square Estate in London.

The Thomas More Square Estate is a retail and office property located adjacent to the Thames River, along the eastern fringe of the City of London. The property’s innovative design can accommodate a wide range of office users, and the location provides easy access to a variety of local amenities.

This dynamic property has 529,000 SqFt of office space and 29,000 SqFt of retail space.

We are a major shareholder of Hammerson plc, a leading public Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) operating in the United Kingdom and France. Hammerson is listed on both the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris and is a member of the FTSE-100 index.
